When the Night Road Turns like a Weeping Woman

I watch as you walk in the stars
Offering the world your nail-hung smile
You leap up and down now you dance
How you sprint at your immanent fall
Chasing fireflies in celestial roses
Finding your bearings by touch
Now seized with vertigo deliriously
Useless you shake that ash and tremble
Glad smoke O you’re awake to this
Moment of ill-got goodies marvelous
Dark thoughts blue where your tears
Unfurl a delicate veil a threadbare net
I intend to climb before your eyes
Open and evaporate that lunar web
