Tomorrow’s Eyes for the Infinite Yesterday

You named your pony Ice-pencil
Your pony-shadow Sorrow’s Backdoor
Through which you entered my room
And lay with me until you finally slept
Your eyelash-sails driven by a dreamblue
Bloomed windward remembrances
Ghostworldly mouths ovaling soundlessly
Perfect smoke-zeroes O how very Frank O
Hara-ishly the greedy words chomped
The bit and swam lickety-split seaward
Where love-moan-buoys bobbed blinkingly
Silent heart-tongued-songs the memory-
Wound weeping a namegiving lullaby
What name did you give me in your sleep?
